Pagani is really making the most out of the Zonda model before putting it to sleep
and replacing it with the future C9. The Italian hypercar producer has just released
a new one-off incarnation of the Zonda. The vehicle is based on the Zonda Cinque
and uses the “750” name. The vehicle comes with multiple unique elements that offer
it a “creme de la creme” status, such as the design of the rear window. The company
has not release the performance details of the model, but we like to think that its
name stands for its power rating. If this is true, it means that we are dealing with
the most powerful road-going Zonda ever. Actually, the most powerful Zonda is the
track-only model that comes with a 6.0 liter unit provided by Mercedes’ AMG division,
which delivers… 750 hp and 710 Nm of torque. As you can see, the owner of the vehicle
(his identity remains a mystery… for now) has chosen to have it dressed in a special,
screaming color. We’d like to remind you that the 750 follows two other one-off incarnations
of the Zonda, the HH and the Uno. The first is the most recent and belongs to David
Heinemeier Hansson, a software mogul. The vehicle, which tips the scales at 1,210
kg (2667 lbs), is powered by a V12 AMG unit delivering 687 hp. As for the Zonda Uno,
this has been created for a member of the Al-Thani royal family of Qatar, who will
have the opportunity to play with no less than 700 hp.
